DEPOSITS and PAYMENTS

A credit card deposit is a requirement at the time of making a booking for the specified amount per equivalent accommodation/site type booked. Additionally, membership discounts must be applied at the time of booking or BEFORE payment is made in full – Discounts will only be applied after full payment has been received. One discount per booking where applicable.

CHANGES and CANCELLATIONS

Changes and cancellations for stays must be made directly with the park and must be more than 3 days prior to arrival. Deposit is forfeited when cancellation is less than 3 days before the arrival date. A $30.00 administration fee will applies to all cancellations.

CHECK-IN

Check in time is from 2pm – 5pm. Outside of these times please contact Park reception for instruction for after hours self check in.
Guests who ‘No Show’ will forfeit their deposit.

CHECK_OUT

Check out time – 10am. Late checkouts can be arranged when available on request.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the Park for confirmation or to enquire about a request.

NOTE

All cabin accommodation is non smoking. Guests failing to abide by these rules will incur a $100.00 sanitization fee charged to their credit card upon checkout.

SAFETY STANDARDS

Australian Standards maintain that children need to be 9 years old or older to sleep on the top bunk in cabin accommodation, and even though it’s fun, they are not allowed to play on the top bunk. Please make your booking with this in mind.

CHILDREN

Children are most welcome in our park but MUST be supervised by a parent/guardian/responsible adult AT ALL TIMES. We take no responsibility for any injury/illness or damage to property of any kind due to unsupervised children.
Children are NOT to be left alone in the park without a parent/guardian/responsible adult at any time.

PETS (Dogs only)

Dogs are allowed under the following terms;

INDEMNITY

Guests staying at Crystal Cascades Holiday Park take full responsibility for any damage and/or breakages incurred during their stay. Any costs incurred from this damage will be charged to the guest. Furthermore, guests must leave accommodation unit is a reasonable condition; failure to do so may result in excess cleaning fees charged to the guest. Crystal Cascades Holiday Park takes no responsibility for any lost/damage or stolen items from accommodation or vehicles and suggests that Guests securely lock their accommodation and/or motor vehicle when unoccupied. Persons found smoking in ANY of our cabins will incur a $100.00 fee. This fee is to cover the costs of extra cleaning time – cleaning walls, curtains, dry cleaning, carpet cleaning, mattress cleaning and the loss of occupancy during this time.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to:

PARK RULES

We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused.
In the interest of the comfort of all guests, noise must be kept to a minimum between 9:30pm and 7:00am.
Strictly no hosing of vehicles, caravans or any other equipment in the park. Buckets are allowed.
All visitors of guests must park vehicles in the car park at reception.
Use of park facilities is for registered guests only.
